What is your business all about?
Amber-Lee Lyons is a Chakra and Reiki expert, your Spiritual BFF and the founder of The Chakra Girl Co., a company on a mission to make Chakra Balancing mainstream and bridging the gap between Gurus and Gucci, all with a glass of Malbec in hand. She beliefs you shouldn't have to compromise your love for all things material in order to be spiritual, and has inspired thousands of women to tap into their chakra energy to live their glitziest lives!
Amber-Lee is attuned in Reiki and a certified level 2 Reiki Practitioner. She's studied Kundalini Yoga under Gloria Latham and uses the teachings, meditations and chakra work with her clients. Amber-Lee has developed her own form of energy healing, Chakra Activations, that utilize a combination of crystals, meditation, visualization, reiki and light-work to re-train the subconscious mind and expand the vibration of your soul to attract your desires in the physical realm.

What inspired you do to what you're doing? WHY are you doing this?
My mission is to make chakra balancing accessible, fun and chic so that millennial women, who need this work so much, can find it and vibe with it. When I was in my early 20s I was so stuck and out of alignment and it was really difficult to find any "teachers" that really resonated with me. It took me a long time, books, self-discovery to self-teach this stuff and I want to make it easy for everyone else!
What does living a glowing life mean to you?
Living a glowing life means having a clear vessel to create a life you want! You have an amazing relationship with your body, your money, and the Universe which allows you to show up fully in relationships with others. You use this power to inspire the world!
What advice do you have for my readers about living a glowing life?
It's all about the energy, starting your day on the right vibration, taking breaks, alone time and listening to your body, mind and soul. Meditation is the best tool for this connection!
What 3 things are you most grateful for right now?
My amazing husband that keeps me grounded while also letting me be wild
My puppy who is the cutest little fur-boy ever and teaches me so much every day the importance of play, connection

"Everything always turns out better than I expect" - Even if it doesn't seem that way in the beginning, the Universe is working for you!
What would you tell someone who wants more from life, but still has lots of fears standing in the way?
JUST START! I have a hard time sympathizing with people who stay stuck, and I can say this because I used to be one of them and I did what I had to do to get un-stuck. There are so many resources, teachers and coaches out there waiting to help you. Think of the woman you want to be and write a list of all her best qualities then start acting like her, showing up like her, and making decisions like her.

What does your morning routine look like?
I have a 2+ hour morning routine! I cuddle my husband and my dog, drink about a ltr of cold water, walk my dog for about 45 mins, go on the treadmill on a 10 incline at speed 3 (you actually sweat so much) while I check my emails and social media - I learned this tip from The Skinny Confidential and it's a game changer, and then I do a candle-light bath ritual that includes meditation, journaling, crystals and reiki. Then I'll shower and get ready while listening to a podcast, tidy my room and kitchen, right now I am really into purging and minimalism so I am trying to clean out at least one drawer or cupboard every morning and it feels amazing. Then I get to work!! I do intermittent fasting which is really aligned for my body, so I usually have my first meal around 12:30.
What is your favorite self-care activity you NEVER skip?
I am kind of crazy about my face routine. I use my Biologique Recherche cleanser in the morning, followed by some kind of Facemask, I like to mix it up, and then apply my Biologique Recherche moisturizer and eye serum. I also do a facial massage while I am applying my products to decrease any puffiness.
