CLIENT & COACH EXPECTATIONS

 

I’m so excited to work with you! But first, here are some of our guidelines for our time together.

These are the expectations that we follow in our practice in order for you to get the most out of your coaching investment and experience.

Our Coaching Sessions

TIME: One of the core principles is that we value and respect our time and your time as well. Both the coach and the client are expected to show up to the appointments on time.

LATE: If you are late to a session, please let us know in advance and note that we cannot extend the session.

RESCHEDULING: Should you need to reschedule an appointment last minute, please note that we are happy to do so if notified at least 24 hours before the appointment. Appointments can only be rescheduled once. Any cancellations within 24 hours or less means that you will lose your session and it can no longer be rescheduled or replaced.

Should you not show up to one of your sessions, it will not be rescheduled or replaced and you will lose it.

Your sessions need to be used within a certain time frame (see contract for details). Any unused sessions will expire after that time frame is over.

Open communication

We value open communication and honesty. If there is anything that’s on your heart, please let us know, so we can work through it together.

If we would like to discuss something with you and do not get a reply within 48 hours, we have the right to cancel the contract.

Message Support for high level 1:1 clients

In my high level 1:1 programs, you receive support via Voxer (see contract for details if this is included or not). Other communication platforms, such as FB messenger, WhatsApp, or Instagram (and more), are not part of your coaching program. If you do reach out via any of these other platforms, you may not receive a reply. Please note that I have a turnaround time of 24 hours during the week, and 48 hours on the weekend.

Your Payments

Your payments are expected to arrive on time. If there are late payments, a 2% fee per day will apply. Should you not be able to pay on time, please proactively reach out to us and let us know asap, so that we can put a plan in place.
