You can either print this workbook or just answer the questions in your journal. This is not a fillable PDF on purpose, because your subconscious mind needs your handwriting to work efficiently! Whatever you write down with your hand, will be saved as though it was craved into a stone!

Chakra is a Sanskrit word and means turning wheel. The chakras are turning wheels of energy in our subtle body / our energetic body that basically control all aspects of our lives.

Every chakra has a different color, and different colors have different vibrations. This is actually scientifically proven and the vibration waves of colors can be measured easily. The chakra colors are the exact same colors as the rainbows have, and it's what happens when you radiate light through a crystal pyramid: the different colors start to reflect or vibrate, and since they're on a different vibration, we see them as rainbow colors.

So what do chakras do?

These energy wheels are always turning in their vibrations. We attract things according to the vibrations we have in our chakras. Every chakra resonates with a different area of life (more details below), and you can influence them with your daily actions, beliefs, and with your lifestyle. 

Each chakra can have an energy overflow or an energy deficiency. There can also be blocks and stagnant energy in certain chakras, which will block you from being in flow. It can also lead to major health issues in specific areas of the body. 

The goal is to unblock all the chakras and balance the energies, so that prana (sanskrit word for life energy) can flow seamlessly through all the chakras and you can reach your highest potential.

The chakras begin at the bottom of our spine and go up to the crown, just like it's shown in this picture:


1) Root Chakra

LOCATION: The Root Chakra is the first chakra and is located at the bottom of our spine. It also goes into our legs and feet and is the part of the body that connects us with the ground. 

MEANING: The Root Chakra is connected to security and feeling grounded. It's about survival and about feeling safe and stable, and living in abundance. All money stories and beliefs are stored in this area of our body as well.

BODY: Spine, glandular system, solid parts of the body (bones, teeth, nails), intestines

ELEMENT: The Root Chakra is connected to the earth element, so it's what connects us with mother earth. That's why grounding is a big part of this chakra, too.

COLOR: The color of the Root Chakra is red. Anything red is helpful to balance this chakra. E.g. red roses, a red background on your phone screen, red jewelry, a red purse, red clothes etc.

FOOD: Typical foods that resonate with this chakra are red apples, red peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, beets, chilli, cherries, ginger, and any other root vegetables that grow in the earth... Dandelion tea and ginseng tea are also great for this chakra.

ESSENTIAL OIL: Cypress, cedar wood, clove, myrrh, ginger. Apply them to the bottom of your spine or the soles of your feet.

GEMSTONES: Ruby, black tourmaline, red garnet, agate, bloodstone, smoky quartz

EMOTION WHEN OUT OF BALANCE: Fearful, insecure, survival fears & money fears, shy, anxious, aggressive, greedy.

EMOTION WHEN IN BALANCE: Feeling grounded, feeling safe, feeling abundant.

AFFIRMATION: I am safe and protected. I am exactly where I'm meant to be right now. I am abundant and powerful. I am releasing control and trust the universe.

2) Sacral Chakra

LOCATION: The Sacral Chakra is located below the belly button.

MEANING: It is the energy center for creativity, sexual energy, and self-worth. 

BODY: Ovaries, testes, reproductive organs, kidneys, bladder, pelvic area, all fluids of the body

ELEMENT: The element of the Sacral Chakra is water, being in the water or visualizing this is really helpful to balance this chakra.

COLOR: The color of the Sacral Chakra is orange. Having orange all over the place is helpful to balance this energy center.

FOOD: All orange foods, such as carrots, orange bell peppers, sweet potatoes, oranges, citrus fruits, cinnamon, papaya, khaki.

ESSENTIAL OIL: Use jasmin, ylang ylang, sandalwood, and petitgrain

GEMSTONES: Orange carnelian, orange calcite, aragonite, turmaline, moonstone

EMOTION WHEN OUT OF BALANCE: Low sex-drive, excessive guilt, lack of creativity, obsessive, low self-worth, emotional rollercoaster 

EMOTION WHEN IN BALANCE: Creative, passionate, joyful, self-assured, sexy ;), balanced emotions 

AFFIRMATION: I am creative and sexy. I am self-confident. I am a passionate being and enjoy what life has to offer.

3) Solar Plexus Chakra

LOCATION: The Solar Plexus Chakra is located below your rib cage.

MEANING: It is the energy center for self-expression, motivation, and self-esteem. It's about shining your light and strengthening your personal power.  

BODY: Adrenals, pancreas, abdomen, lower back, stomach, digestive system, gall bladder, nervous system

ELEMENT: The element of the Solar Plexus Chakra is fire

COLOR: The color of this chakra is yellow, so make sure you get enough sun light and see yellow colors wherever possible.

FOOD: All yellow foods, such as lemons, bananas, yellow bell-peppers, pineapple, mango, ginger, and ginger or mint tea

ESSENTIAL OIL: Ginseng, geranium, helichrysum, chamomile, lemon, thyme, ylang ylang

GEMSTONES: Pyrite, tiger's eye, citrine, amber, yellow topaz, agate

EMOTION WHEN OUT OF BALANCE: Low energy, unmotivated, low confidence, arrogant, judgmental, bossy

EMOTION WHEN IN BALANCE: Feeling vibrant, shining your light, connected to your true self, confident, radiating, motivated

AFFIRMATION: I am a radiant being. I love myself and shine my light out to the world. I am vibrant and motivated.

4) Heart Chakra

LOCATION: The Heart Chakra is in the middle of your chest, where the heart is located.

MEANING: It is the energy center for love and for giving and receiving. It is also the only energy center where masculine and feminine energy come together. It's about the balance of the two. 

BODY: Lower lungs, thymus, heart, upper back, rib cage, chest, skin, circulatory system

ELEMENT: The element of the Heart Chakra is air

COLOR: The Heart Chakra actually has two colors: green or light pink. When you visualize or meditate, you can pick whichever feels best to you!

FOOD: All GREENS!! Broccoli, spinach, lettuce, zucchini, avocado, green apples, leak, Swiss chard, kale, and licorice tea

ESSENTIAL OIL: Rose, melissa, geranium, bergamot, clary sage

GEMSTONES: Rose quartz, green jade, kunzite, emerald

EMOTION WHEN OUT OF BALANCE: un-loved, self-pity, possessive and needy, fear of rejection, not enough giving, not enough receiving, jealous

EMOTION WHEN IN BALANCE: harmonious, loved, loving, compassionate, voice of the soul, self-respect

AFFIRMATION: I am love. I fully love and accept myself. I am compassionate with myself and others.

5) Throat Chakra

LOCATION: The Throat Chakra is located in your throat area.

MEANING: It's all about communication and speaking your truth, saying yes to what matters to you and no to things you don't want. It's also about speaking up for yourself and sharing your stories, your beliefs, your values with others.

BODY: Parathyroids, thyroids, lungs, vocal cords, throat, neck, jaw, voice, bronchials

ELEMENT: The element of the throat Chakra is ether / space

COLOR: The color of the throat is a beautiful light blue

FOOD: Soups and stews, sea vegetables (there aren't many foods in this color in nature). Lemon with turmeric tea.

ESSENTIAL OIL: Lavender, sandalwood, neroli, sage

GEMSTONES: Aquamarine, turquoise, blue calcite, chalcedony

EMOTION WHEN OUT OF BALANCE: passive, shy, social anxiety, people who speak fast and a lot and can't stop, lump in the throat, unreliable, self-righteous

EMOTION WHEN IN BALANCE: In your truth, speak clearly, honor your truth, what you have to say is needed in the world, communicative, expressive, satisfied.

AFFIRMATION: I speak my truth with ease and grace. I always speak up for myself. It is easy for me to communicate clearly.

6) Third Eye Chakra

LOCATION: The Third Eye is located between your eyes/eyebrows.

MEANING: It's all about trusting your intuition and seeing the bigger picture. The Third Eye stands for clarity and being able to "see" with your third eye, including inward reflection

BODY: Pituitary glands, eyes, face, nose, sinus, cerebellum

ELEMENT: All elements

COLOR: The color of the Third Eye Chakra is indigo

FOOD: Blueberries, purple cabbage, dates, blackberries, eggplant, schizandra berry and jasmine tea

ESSENTIAL OIL: Jasmine, vetiver, basil, patchouli, rosemary

GEMSTONES: Moonstone, sodalite, lapis lazuli, indigo sapphire, opal

EMOTION WHEN OUT OF BALANCE: Not intuitive, self-doubt, disconnected, confused, undisciplined, highly logical, scattered thoughts, overwhelmed, living in a fantasy world.

EMOTION WHEN IN BALANCE: in flow, connected to your true self, trusting your intuition, bright focus, centeredness, focused, clear and calm.

AFFIRMATION: I trust my intuition. I am clear and calm and let myself be guided by the Universe.

7) Crown Chakra

LOCATION: The Crown Chakra is located at the top of your head.

MEANING: The Crown Chakra is all about being in flow and connected to your higher self, and about you being on your mission. When you're living your purpose, that's when your crown Chakra is in flow.

BODY: Pineal, brain, cerebellum, skull

ELEMENT: All elements

COLOR: The colors for this chakra are purple, violette, white, and gold

FOOD: Rainbow colors (e.g. smoothies), purple potatoes, astragalus root, lavender tea. Here, it's really about eating the rainbow everyday, eating colorful fruits and vegetable daily.

ESSENTIAL OIL: Frankinsence, blue camomile, olibanum, lotus, oakmoss

GEMSTONES: Amethyst, lepidolite, sugilite, crystal, topaz, alexandrite, sapphire

EMOTION WHEN OUT OF BALANCE: disconnected, not in flow, scatteredness, feeling like you're forcing yourself through life.

EMOTION WHEN IN BALANCE: in flow, balanced, higher awareness, prayerful, 100% in your power.

AFFIRMATION: I am in flow with the Universe.

how to BALANCE your chakras

Typical things you can do to unblock your chakras and bring them in flow are:

  • chakra meditations (like the one I share below)

  • meditating with gemstones in your left hand (receiving hand) or on the chakra

  • wearing gemstones in your pocket throughout the day

  • wearing clothes, accessories in certain colors

  • eating foods of certain colors

  • using essential oils that resonate with certain chakras

  • saying affirmations and stick postit notes with them on your mirror

  • consciously working on releasing blocks in certain chakras

  • journaling

  • learning more about the chakras

  • setting your phone screen to a certain color

  • ...

And we're just getting started! This is only a brief overview. We'll tap into more details in the following modules, too, so don't worry if this feels like a lot of new information to you. So much more exciting stuff coming your way!

I'm giving you an introduction to the Law of Attraction, one of the most powerful laws ever!

an intro to The subconscious mind

The subconscious mind is all about our beliefs and programming that we grew up with. What you are today (no matter if you find it good or not so good), is the result of the programming of your past. With the thought you send out starting from today, you will create your future self.

If you're currently going through some challenging situations in your life, don't beat yourself up. For most of your programming, you were not responsible. It's only when you start to realize and wake up to all this information, when you understand that this is what created all the drama in your life, that you will feel the power you have in your own life.

So often (and I clearly include my past self here!!), we think we are the victims. That things just happen to us and we're so unlucky. The truth is everything is energy. And we attract everything into our lives, good and bad.

So from today moving forward, you can work with that and reprogram your subconscious mind to a powerhouse that brings you anything you want :)

Might sound a bit too simple, right? It really IS that simple, it just doesn't happen overnight, so it's about being consistent with creating what you want. And we'll definitely go more into this!

beliefs & Affirmations

This document shows typical negative beliefs around Beauty, Body Image, Work and Success, Health... It gives you the counterpart: the positive affirmations!

Read through these beliefs and highlight those you feel apply to you. Highlight the positive affirmations for these beliefs and read them everyday before you get out of bed. 

The first moments of the day (that time when you can still remember what you dreamed, which we usually forget shortly after), is when your subconscious mind is still open to receive, so anything you say to yourself during those first minutes will be programmed into your subconscious mind!

Try it for one week and see what happens! :)

We're going to do a little exercise to get more clarity on what's going on with you right now. Take your journal, play some relaxing music, and maybe even light a candle to make this a mini ceremony for yourself!


  1. How are you feeling in this very moment?
    Write down 3 emotions.

  2. Where do you feel blocked?
    Any area in your body that you felt not in flow as you were doing the meditation?

  3. What areas of your life do you think these blocks relate to?
    Think of any specific situations that are going on right now that keep you stuck.

  4. What do you feel is your biggest block right now?

  5. Do you want to get rid of this huge block?

  6. Are you willing to do the work to get rid of this block?

  7. How happy are you with your life right now?

  8. Rate yourself on a scale from 1 (=miserable, which you are hopefully not ;)) to 10 (=beyond amazing).

  9. What fears do you think are present in your life right now (fear of losing someone, fear of death, survival fears, money fears, fear of not being accepted by others etc.)?


In order for your subconscious mind (and the universe) to understand your orders, it is important to set clear goals! A goal to „be healthy“ is neither specific nor do you know when you achieved it! You might be healthy right now, but maybe not in shape. Being healthy for someone with cancer might be something completely different from what it means to a child. 

So it’s important to be very specific when setting your goals! Here's how: with the SMART. Goals!

S pecific
M easurable
A ttainable
R elevant
T imely

Your goal needs to be specific, measurable as of you being able to measure when you achieved your goal, attainable, so maybe not living on mars or something that is a bit out of reach (well, we never know lol!), it must be relevant and it needs a timeline by when you want to achieve it. 

If your goal is specific, but you don’t say by when you want it, it might just come when you’re 90 years old! So in order to achieve your goals earlier, you need to set a date (a month or a year might also be ok, depending on what your goal is).


Now I want you to picture yourself 5 years from now:

  1. How do you want to feel in your future life?

  2. What is your biggest dream right now?

  3. Write down anything that comes to mind, no matter how crazy this may sound!

  4. How will you feel, when this dream will have come true?

  5. How will you feel, when all blocks are cleared and you are fully in flow?

  6. What does your perfect day look like?
    Be as specific as possible, even to the point where you think about what you wear and how it feels to be in your skin!


In order for you to benefit as much as possible from the content of this course, I highly recommend that you share your experiences with the other glow girls and write about what's going on with you. When we write down our thoughts, worries, and dreams, we need to define things clearly. We can't write or describe in unclear ways. So writing down what's on your mind will help you get closer to your goals and will help you get clarity when you feel confused!

I've used essential oils for years, and e.g. always have a lavender oil with me I use it when I can't sleep, when I'm nervous, or can't control my thoughts. It gives me instant clarity!

There are so many oils for so many purposes. You'd want to get more clarity on your chakra blocks first, and then, order some oils for whatever purpose you feel you need.
