This group experience helps you get clarity around what you want from your life! No matter if you want clarity to start a business, start a family, or take some time off and travel the world, the goal is to help you find what feels right for you and that is the most authentic expression of yourself.

6 MONTHLY
GROUP CALLS

Every month, you will get a training call with plenty of time to ask questions and get answers to what you’re struggling with. These calls are here to teach you something new for your journey to get clarity and build your business and help you bust through fears.

6 MEDITATION CLASSES

We will do a beautiful meditation class together every month, where you get to connect with your higher self and with your emotions. You will get into the habit of meditating and will learn how you can find your answers through journaling whenever you feel stuck or confused.

6 MONTHLY WORKBOOKS

With every topic, you get a workbook with exercises and tools to help you get clarity, understand yourself better, and find answers to open questions. These workbooks will get you into the habit of writing things out, so that you can learn to do this outside of the course, too.

6 MONTHLY CHALLENGES

Every month, we will do a challenge together around the monthly training topic. I will ask you to show up for yourself every single day, hold you accountable, so that you can track the progress you are making in the challenges.

6 MONTHLY SISTER CALLS

Every month, I will pair you up with another Glow Girl, so you can share your experiences, ask each other questions, celebrate together, and support each other through the touch times, too! You get out of it what you put into it! Glow Sister Love!

ACCOUNTABILITY

Accountability is one of my core strengths and I will 100% make sure that you show up and do the work! Change nothing and nothing changes. The results you will get from this program is only up to you. I will hold you accountable to do the work!

THE GLOW COMMUNITY

In our private FB group, you will be able to connect with the other glow girls, ask me questions 24/7 and share your successes with us! We are here to support you through your fears and celebrate aha moments and new ideas! I am here to support you on this journey!

1 FULL DAY EVENT INCL. DINNER IN ZURICH

In Spring 2019, we are going to meet in Zurich for a 1-day workshop and go out for dinner together after that! The content of the workshop will be tailored to the personal needs of the group and include meditations, journaling exercises, group sharing, fun, hugs, and lots of breakthroughs! Water, snacks, and a beautiful dinner with everyone are included in this full-day event as well!

1 EXTRA DAY AT THE GLOW SCHOOL EVENT IN JUNE 2019

There will be a Glow School Event in Summer 2019! The Live. Love. Glow. ladies will get an extra day at this Europe event, which will be the day before or after the Glow School Event. As one of my beautiful clients, you will get a discount to attend the actual Glow School workshop in the next round plus you get to bring a friend with you as well! Water and snacks during the event are included in the program.
