HERE ARE SOME GLOW WELLNESS TIPS FOR YOU

1. Carve out some time for yourself every week

Adding more glow into your life starts with one simple thing: take time every week to do something for yourself and strengthen that relationship with yourself, with the most important person in your life. No matter if you do a face mask, go on a mindful stroll, take a bath, or read a few pages in a book - mark it in your calendar right now for the next four weeks and see how you feel in a month!

2. Deepen your knowledge

Intuition, self-love, meditation, mindfulness, spirituality, the power of your thoughts, living an aligned and fulfilled life, sustainability, holistic health, natural beauty, women's health... there are so many factors that come into play for a healthy and glowing life! Pick one topic that interests you the most and start reading books, blog posts, articles, about it to gain knowledge.

3. Start with one thing and stick to it for at least one week

Whatever topic you wish to explore and learn more about, pick one thing that you can implement daily and stick to it for at least one week. For example, start your days with oil pulling, do a 5-minute meditation in the morning, read a few pages every night before bed, or write down five things you love about yourself. It doesn't matter what it is. Do something that shows yourself some love. All big changes start with one first step.
