After 9 years of teaching high performing women how to quit overwhelm and make time for themselves without feeling guilty for stepping away from work, I’ve noticed 5 common beliefs that are holding them back.

“I’m so busy, I don’t have time for myself!”

But then you find yourself scrolling through Instagram 7x/hour, and always find a reason why you deserve to Netflix before bed…

“I can’t afford to call in sick!”

STEP 1: HEALTHY BODY

Sleep + Stress

You’re tired and exhausted, but your thoughts are spinning. Sleep deprivation increases our cortisol levels (stress hormone) & affects how we feel. G00d sleep can reduce stress and overwhelm, and you will feel happier.

Food + Hydration

Food is energy, so what we eat impacts how we feel. Stop obsessing over eating the “right” diet, and make it a priority to nurture your body for health. Proper lunch breaks, and eating mindfully are critical for a balanced life.

regular movement

Show up for your body just as much as you show up for work - with love, not pressure. Moving your body daily is a key element for happiness, and it effectively reduces stress. Find ways to move more, even with a busy schedule.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Many women answer emails at 11pm, and check their phone on weekends. Set clear boundaries between work and life, so you can be the best version of yourself always, and avoid unnecessary stress and overwhelm.


STEP 2: HEALTHY EMOTIONS

asking for support

People pleasers have a tendency to overgive, which isn’t sustainable over time. Give to yourself more, and ask for support where needed. You don’t have to be strong always. And you don’t need to figure it all out on your own.

We’re often thinking about the past, or worry about the future. The magic, however, lies in the present moment, and that’s when we can take action. Practicing gratitude, and mindfulness rituals help us be here now.

Trusting yourself

Overthinkers are in their head all day, worrying about what could have been or what will be. They’re often disconnected from their heart. It’s safe for you to trust yourself again. Your intuition is your innate wisdom, and it is powerful.

The ego is powerful, and it is going to do whatever it can to keep you “safe” - which means it wants you to stay exactly where you are. In order to elevate and glow up your life, tackle self-sabotage & use your thoughts for a better reality.


STEP 3: HEALTHY BELIEFS & HABITS

time management

We all have 24hrs a day, but not everybody prioritizes their time equally. In order to get different & healthier results, we need to learn to prioritize, set better boundaries and stick to them, no matter how others perceive it.

time for yourself

If you don’t have five minutes, you don’t have a life. After caring for everyone else and often overworking yourself, it’s time to recharge and put yourself first, so you can be there for others as the best version of yourself.

no more multitasking

Doing several things at the same time does not makes you more productive. It scatters your focus and leaves you feeling even more overwhelmed. Being present and doing one thing at a time is a very powerful tool.

BALANCE & PEACE

Your thoughts create your reality. While we often stay stuck in self-loathing and stories that we tell ourselves, we can reprogram the mind with beliefs that serve us and support us in creating the healthy lifestyle we dream of.

6X BI-WEEKLY 1:1 SESSIONS

Over the course of 3 months, we will meet bi-weekly for our 60-minute 1:1 sessions (virtually). The content and the topics of the sessions will be tailored to your specific needs. (Value $3000)

For the duration of the program, you get access to me via text and voice notes once a week to reflect on what you’ve learned, ask questions, get help, and celebrate your wins. (Value $1500)

Can I cancel if i don’t see results?

We want you to make progress - and we’re always here for any feedback. In order to see lasting results, you have to show up and be fully committed. Just a few sessions is usually not enough to create lasting change. Due to the nature of coaching, all sales are final and non-refundable.
