WE DO a MEDITATION PRACTICE
Meditation is a practice to become present and mindful in the current moment. In this meditation class, we use different techniques, such as breath work and chakra meditation. Meditation can help you detach from your thoughts and become the observer of your thoughts. Through meditation, you can learn to release judgment towards others and yourself. The more you practice, the more benefits you will notice in your life.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MEDITATION?
Through meditation, your body gets into a state of relaxation. Your parasympathetic nervous system will be activated, so your body can rest and digest, lower the blood pressure and stress hormones, and slow down the heart rate. Besides the physical benefits, which you can experience within the first minute of your practice, meditation also has mental and emotional benefits, such as heightened intuition, mental clarity, and emotional release.
we do a JOURNALING PRACTICE
Journaling is a practice of taking time every day to communicate with yourself. You are not your thoughts, but in the midst of crazy life, we sometimes believe we are. There are different ways of journaling. In the class, I will be giving you specific journaling prompts, questions that you will answer in writing. In between classes, you can ask yourself questions in your journal, or you can practice free-flow writing.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOURNALING?
Journaling allows you to access deeper thoughts, beliefs, and programming in your subconscious mind. Through a regular practice, you will understand your deeper beliefs better and have the power to change the way you think. Learn to manage your mean girl with the help of writing. Journaling can help you get clarity, organize your thoughts, release tension and overwhelm, and is a beautiful way to dump negative thoughts.
At the Glow Life Meditation Studio, we combine the two practices, paired with breathing (and up to you: relaxing music, essential oils, and crystals, etc.), because it is a great way to benefit from your heightened intuition and open consciousness to get clear answers to questions and clarity about where you want to go with your life, your health, your relationships, and/or your business.

MEET YOUR MEDITATION TEACHER
I’m the go-to girl for all things Glow. My mission is to help others by sharing my love of natural and beauty, sustainable living, maintaining a healthy body and mindset, and promoting self-love and confidence.
I offer a couple of different glow inspired coaching programs, host retreats around the world, and travel with my clients around the globe. I also teach regular local meditation classes and workshops in Zurich and am the host of The Glow Life Podcast.
I’m a certified Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Makeup Artist, a Reiki practitioner, and Meditation Teacher. I thrive on helping others live a more glowing life through healing, self-love, meditation, and chakra work.
Back in 2015, when I officially started my business, I thought success for me as a business owner meant working lots of hours and being “busy” all the time. Over the years, I’ve learned that there is another way of running a successful business - in alignment with my soul, from a place of pure love.

A MONTHLY TOPIC
The monthly topic can be anything related to holistic health, self-love, acceptance, forgiveness, finding purpose etc. Members can sometimes choose the topics together.
2 ONLINE CLASSes
In our bi-weekly online classes, we will go over the monthly topic together, and I will be teaching you the key elements in the first fifteen minutes of the class.
The approx. 30-minute long meditation starts with breathwork before we clear any chakra blocks. The meditation always covers to the monthly topic.
After meditating, it’s time to grab your journal and process your meditation experience. I will be giving you journaling prompts to guide your writing, so you can get more clarity.

I’ve never meditated before. Can I do this?
Of course! This is for both beginners and experienced meditators. Meditation is a practice and everyone starts from 0. The more you do it, the more you will notice the changes in your everyday life.
WHEN WILL THE CLASSes TAKE PLACE?
Days and times of the meditations may vary depending on the teachers and the guest teachers, but it’s generally on Mondays at 8pm CEST / 2pm EST / 11am PST.
What’s the currency?
The prices are stated in USD.
WHEN WILL I SEE FIRST RESULTS?
The goal of this class is to inspire you to build up your own meditation practice. While it is great to meditate in a class like this, it is recommended to practice daily for the best results and benefits for your mental and physical health and wellbeing.
What happens when I sign up?
You first create your account, process the payment, and will then get immediate access to the information about the next class. As a member, you can sign into your account anytime. We will send you a reminder email 24 hours before the class.
what does this class look like?
Every month, we’re covering a different topic, such as self-love, finding purpose, forgiveness, etc. After a short introduction to the topic, we will do some breath work and a meditation, followed by guided journaling questions to help you process your experience and get clarity.
HOW IS THIS class DIFFERENT FROM OTHER glow programs?
This is a low-investment online class that will help you shift your perspective and alignment with yourself in one hour every month. If you’re new to meditation, self-love, and personal development, this is a great way to get started to see how much can happen in one hour. If you’d like to learn more about more intensive in-depth courses, take a look at Glow School or The Glow Camp retreats.
