#71 Keeping Our Kids Healthy With 18-year old Health Activist Haile Thomas

Haile Thomas, 18 years old, is an international speaker, health activist, vegan food & lifestyle influencer, podcaster, the youngest Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in the United States, & the CEO of the non-profit HAPPY (Healthy Active Positive Purposeful Youth).

Haile founded HAPPY at 12 years old to address the need for free plant-based nutrition and culinary education, after her family successfully reversed her father’s type-2 diabetes without the use of medication, and upon learning that kids were also increasingly being diagnosed with conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.

  • How Haile started her non-profit at the age of 12 and already educated, motivated and empowered 37.000 kids and thousands of adults around the world to make healthy lifestyle choices

  • Why nutrition and culinary education should be part for the school curriculum and is key for every kid's health and wellbeing

  • How to overcome the fears that are currently holding you back from living your passion

  • Why you need to step up and share your message with others to make an impact

And so much more!
