Denise Michelle is the Founder of Bridge The Love, a Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and a Certified Life Mastery Consultant who specializes in Self Love. She helps individuals, entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies increase wellness, build dreams, and create richer, and more fulfilling lives.
Denise was born with a mental illness and used to suffer from Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Sexual Trauma, Domestic Abuse and Addiction, and has learned that only love is real, and love heals. Denise also studied Somatic Therapy, is certified in Yoga, Massage Therapy and Reiki Energy Healing.
