Melissa Fischer is a Blogger, hormone expert and paleo addict. She was inspired to create her blog (losingitwithmelissa.net) with paleo-friendly recipes, health and wellness tips and overall stories from her life after suffering from hormonal issues, weight gain and severe panic attacks for years that doctors never seemed to know how to make go away.

Through her own personal experience, she learned so much about the connectiveness of the body and how it works as a whole and Melissa wants others to know they can lose weight no matter what their doctor says, they can stop the anxiety without medication, and they can take their health back into their own hands.

IN TODAY'S EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT

  • How you can get from tired, anxious and overweight to feeling free, healthy and glowing in your body

  • How to overcome PCOS and anxiety and heal yourself with diet and meditation

  • Period relationships and self-care

  • How the paleo diet can help to bring your gut back into balance

  • Why you should be your own no. 1 supporter

And so much more!
