How To Level Up Your Confidence with Decluttering

This morning, I woke up at 6am, after 4 hours of sleep, and I was wide awake. I got up, put my clothes on, and started decluttering big time. Although I threw out about half of what I owned last year already, there was still more. Things I thought I would “one day” use, but never do (swipe left to see).⁣

I also threw out 95% of all the makeup I had, which was 1) really old by now, and 2) I will no longer be doing any makeup jobs or workshops anyway. Because that was Martina 2012-2015. Now we’re in 2020. I must have missed that

Last night, we had our orientation call with my coaches who I will be coaching with for the next few months, and let me tell you - I am feeling all the feels right now. Elevated heart rate every time I think about the challenges and homework they’re gonna have us do...⁣

BECAUSE⁣

It is going to become incredibly uncomfortable for me.

The past few years have been very “comfortable” for me. Despite the big burn down of my life last year, my business was always pretty consistent, I was fully booked with clients, and filled my highest priced program (from $10k to $18k) 3 years in a row without sending a single sales email or talking about it much on socials.⁣

I’m living a beautiful, peaceful, safe, healthy life, and I generally get to travel, stay, and do pretty much anything I desire. Glow life, right?⁣

However, here’s the thing: it’s “comfortable”. It’s not challenging me, I’m not scared to death, I’m not evolving enough, and that’s not good.⁣ So...

  • I’m creating physical and energetic space in my life and home.⁣

  • I’m going over my calendar until the end of the year to optimize my schedule (and plan time off without laptop).⁣

  • I’m going to take a lot of time off social media, because it’s an addiction and it’s distracting me from A LOT.⁣

  • ⁣I’m going to keep my physical and spiritual channel as clean as I can to be of best service to my community.⁣

“It’s going to be hard. But we can do hard things.” Glennon Doyle says in her book “Untamed”. So I’m scared, but ready.
