How to Get a Promotion at Work

I'm not teaching you ANY of this. So how do all these promotions happen then?

Promotions and pay raises are a direct result of

1) getting your energy in place, really good rest, and waking up clear-headed every day

2) trusting yourself, being connected to your emotions, how you feel, what's on your heart, and the deep knowing that you are worthy and enough to be, do, and have whatever you desire

3) becoming aware of the wild and crazy stories that are going on in your head, such as "but you can't do that" or"but what if they will say X or Y or Z" etc, and turning the focus back to YOU and to what you need and want.

THIS IS SELF-CARE. THIS IS SELF-RESPECT. THIS IS SELF-AWARENESS.

Self-care is getting the pay you deserve. 

Self-care is stepping up for yourself.

Self-care is putting yourself first.

Self-care is being kind to yourself.

And when you practice this deep self-care, eventually, it manifests in a better job, more money, better relationships, more confidence, and more authenticity where you can be just yourself with no holding back.
