It’s time for #haulternatives, alternatives to the crazy shopping hauls lots of young girls do on YouTube nowadays. It’s not about the masses of clothes you can buy for less money, it’s about the love and respect you have for what you already own.

So let me share my #lovestory with my jeans with you! I can’t remember when I bought these, but it must have been while I was still at university, and I finished Uni in 2010. I bought it at @veromoda(#whomademyclothes please?) as this was way before there was anything like a fashion revolution.

Living a glowing life means living a conscious life. And that means that everything we do, and everywhere we spend money, we need to ask for transparency. And this includes clothing.

After watching the documentary @truecostmovie in 2015, my entire life changed. I was SHOCKED by how our fashion is made! I cried during the entire film and thought I was living on a different planet.

Today is Earth Day, a day to honor Mother Earth and the beautiful gifts she gives us. A day to honor nature and all the amazingness and beauty it has to offer.

If there was no Mother Earth, there would be no US. Because we are nature.

If there was no Mother Earth, there would be no food. Because our food is nature (well, if you eat a mostly plant-based and healthy diet).

I woke up at 8am on Saturday, ready to get excited for my beloved Glow School Event with my VIP ladies from all over the world! I had 8 women signed up for this mini weekend retreat and could not wait to get started! It was one of those days where I checked my phone before I meditated and checked in with my higher self...

So, last weekend, I hosted my first international Glow School Event in Madrid, Spain! Finally, we're getting to the workshops we did in Thailand last month! Everybody got to know each other and had fun at Nikki Beach hotel for a yummy brunch, party and sun beds!

Once we arrived at the villa, we started with the first workshop! After our initial chakra meditation, we tapped into our past. Into the old stories we keep telling ourselves. Into the anxieties and the fears that keep us so blocked sometimes.
