Finally, we're getting to the workshops we did in Thailand last month! Everybody got to know each other and had fun at Nikki Beach hotel for a yummy brunch, party and sun beds!
Once we arrived at the villa, we started with the first workshop! After our initial chakra meditation, we tapped into our past. Into the old stories we keep telling ourselves. Into the anxieties and the fears that keep us so blocked sometimes.

The holiday season is upon us and though, there is so much to love about this season (the lights, the food, the gifts, the parties!), there also comes a lot of stress along with it. All the sugar, the events and parties, the alcohol, and the family gatherings can be a little overwhelming. I spent last weekend christmassing in Milan, overindulging in real Italian Pizza and high quality truffle covered pasta! I'm also using this time to reflect on 2017. I love the smell of freshly brewed coffee so much... Although to be honest, I don't drink coffee, and I don't really like the taste of it, but the smell is so heavenly! Today, I am taking some time to think about all the beautiful things I'm grateful for. Am this not only includes my family and all my loved ones, but also YOU. Quick story for you, beautiful. I used to work in retail at Apple as a store manager for several years, and I still remember how stressful the holiday seasons were for me. Not only were there so many more customers, but people were also kinda stressed out all the time! They spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on gifts for their kids and friends, but it seemed they were not doing this with joy.

Last week did NOT go as planned. I wanted to write some inspiring emails, I had lots of calls scheduled with amazing women, I had meetings with my clients. I was going to meet some local influencers and exchange experiences with them. I was going to go boxing to get back on track with my workout. It’s about one of my clients, a woman I know since childhood, but we had totally lost contact for many years. She reached out to me a few months ago, as she had been thinking about increasing her beauty feeling and creating a healthier lifestyle for a while.
I LOVE these last days of the year so much! What I do is take a few hours just for myself with a cup of tea, my diary and just start writing. I write about how the past year was for me, how I felt and what was good, and also, what was not so good. If you like doing exercises like this, further down, I’m sharing a few questions that I also work through with my clients. They will guide you through the process.
